Owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is sad to announce that the 74th WFC is postponed, and shall be held 16th to 20th October 2022 at the same venue of the former program, BEXCO Busan, in Korea on behalf of the organizing committee of the 74th WFC and Korea foundry society with a strong support of the WFO.

This postponement has been cautiously decided based on the uncertainty of travel this difficult times, negative feeling for travel in this year or next year including registration, considering many pre-fixed schedules and activities within the WFO in the year of 2021.

Detailed information regarding to the organizing/breaking up committee members, plenary speakers, invited speakers, registered personnels, together with the dealing policy of submitted papers, journals, exhibitors, sponsors, and media, etc. can be available at our earliest time schedule after scrutinizing the details of each item.

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience owing to the postponement of the 74th WFC, and our best wishes at this difficult times for the safety of you and your families.
