The 8th International Symposium on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting Technologies

In recent years, with the transformation and upgrading of the global manufacturing industry, particularly the high-quality development needs of China's manufacturing sector, the nonferrous alloy and special casting industry has embraced new development opportunities as well as challenges. In high-end manufacturing fields such as new energy vehicles, aerospace, and gas turbines, the demand for high-performance, lightweight, and environmentally friendly nonferrous alloy materials and their associated special casting technologies is growing daily. The successful application of nonferrous alloy castings in independently developed projects, like domestically produced large commercial aircraft, has further accelerated technological advancements in the field of nonferrous alloys and special casting. Meanwhile, against the global backdrop of energy conservation, emission reduction, and green development, casting technologies for lightweight alloys such as aluminum, magnesium, and titanium have emerged as pivotal breakthroughs in lightweighting, offering immense potential and opportunities for the future growth of the industry.

The 8th International Symposium on Nonferrous Alloys and Special Casting Technologies, themed "Casting National Instruments with Nonferrous Metals, Pioneering Lightweight Innovations," will be held from July 16th to 18th, 2025, at Hall N4 of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. It will coincide with the 19th Shanghai International Diecasting and Nonferrous Exhibition. Through keynote speeches, exhibitions of advanced casting technologies, and other diversified formats, the forum aims to explore the latest advancements in nonferrous alloy and special casting technologies, share successful cases and experiences, and discuss future trends.
